Interactive Voice Response (IVR) enabled Payment

Most of us prefer using our phones to make quick payments and transactions; for this very reason we have enabled a service where you can pay your premiums by using your phone.

Now make quick premium payments over the phone, anytime, anywhere.

Simply call our customer care at 1800 102 4444 and request for the IVR payment service. You will then be redirected to the IVR where you will need to provide your credit card details and your account will get debited online.

Currently any valid VISA or Master credit card can be used to make payments.
 

Auto Debit

To make things easier, we offer you the option to choose any Auto Debit Facility that will pay your premiums on time. It is easy, reliable and effortless.

Standing Instructions to Credit Card

A direct debit instruction allows us to collect your premium automatically from your Master/ Visa/ Amex/ Diners credit card. For this you simply have to submit the Credit Card Authorisation Form PDF along with a clear photocopy of the front side of your credit card at a convenient Bharti AXA Life branch.

Cash Cheque Payments

To make things easier, we offer you the option to choose any Auto Debit Facility that will pay your premiums on time. It is easy, reliable and effortless.

At Branches

All cash payments can be made at any of our branch offices.

If you choose to pay your premiums through cheque, please draw the cheque in favour of "BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED POLICY NUMBER XXXXXXXXXX". Please do mention your name and contact number on the reverse of the cheque.

The premium cheques can be submitted at any of our branch offices or to your advisor.
* Maximum cash payment that will be accepted at any branch or partner retail outlet or for pick up is ₹ 49,999/-.

Change Payment Mode

If you ever feel the need to change your chosen mode of payment, we can help you do that, simply fulfil a few requirements.

For change in the Mode of Payment, the policy holder needs to submit a duly filled and signed Policy Service Request Form at any of our branch location.

In addition, the policy holder needs to submit any one of the following documents (as applicable) in case he/ she opts for Auto Debit methods (ECS and Standing Instructions to Credit Card).

For ECS

Duly filled and signed ECS/ Direct Debit Mandate form PDF(405 KB) and original cancelled cheque is required.

For Standing Instructions to Credit Card

Duly filled and signed Credit Card Authorisation Form PDF(428 KB) and photocopy of the front side of the credit card is required.

Points to remember
  • Mode change request should be received at least 15 days before the premium due date
  • For instances where the mode needs to be changed to monthly, submitting ECS/Direct Debit Mandate/ Credit Card Authorisation form along with the request is mandatory.
