Regulator Escalation

In case your complaint is rejected, you are not satisfied with the decision provided by the Company or we fail to reply within 14 days, you can escalate the matter to IRDAI via Bima Bharosa.

• Online Portal: Register your grievance directly on the official IRDAI Bima Bharosa Portal.
• Alternative Channels: If you cannot access the online portal, you can use these official alternative avenues to reach the IRDAI Grievance Redressal Cell:
